Precizzion Krome Motorsports chrome services are a major part of what we do. We can chrome almost any part or product that you may have for your motorcycle, up to and including Aluminum, Steel, Magnesium, and Plastics. If there is a specific part that you want to chrome and it is not listed, please feel free to contact us at 877.KROME.4.1 (877.576.6341) and we will do what we can to accommodate you.

This section is our EXCHANGE SERVICE. This service allows you to send in your part(s) in exchange for chromed part(s). Your part MUST BE in good condition (no cracks, chips, broken tabs). If delivered to us in less than excellent condition, we will NOT exchange it for a new part. We will ONLY chrome the part **AS IS** and send it back to you. Repair is an additional fee.

If you chose not to send in your part and just want the chrome part listed, there will be a seperate **CORE** charge. This price varies by the part, but we try to make everything affordable and price it out accordingly.

Again, main focus is to deliver custom chrome parts at reasonable prices. If ever there is a question about a product, please feel free to ask!!!

WARRANTY POLICY

Precizzion Krome Motorsports warrants to the original owner that the chrome plating finish on one-piece aluminum wheels will not blister or peel under normal and intended use, for a period of two years from the date of original purchase. Aluminum parts will be warranted for a period of one year. The warranty does not apply to previously plated items.

We agree to repair, at our discretion, without charge to the customer, any plated finish that is determined to be defective. The repair or replacement does not include cost of installation, labor or freight cost of returning the product to Precizzion Krome Motorsports' facility.

This warranty does not transfer to the subsequent owner(s) of the product.

All returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization form. Please call for assistance.

Products returned for warranty will be rejected for, but not limited to, the following:

Corrosion due to improper care;

Bad casting or imperfections in material;

Damage caused by neglect;

Damage caused by improper installation;

Damage caused by using abrasive, acid or other harsh cleaning methods;

Damage caused by accident, curb damage, attempted theft or abnormal use;

Orders must be accompanied by a packing list or order form. PKM will not be liable for discrepancies in total parts counted or shipped if no customer inventory is provided.

**Please note: Warranty applies to one-piece, cast aluminum wheels and aluminum parts only. We also offer a 90-day warranty on plating of plastic and magnesium parts.**

Precizzion Krome Motorsports makes every attempt to conform to current stated production times. Due to unique circumstances in the chrome plating process, we cannot guarantee lead times. Any quoted production time may vary
